Welcome to the 2016 MidSchoolMath National Conference!

Session scheduling is limited to registered attendees - all attendees should receive schedule access via email by Jan. 4 or within two business days of registering. Click on the "More Information" link for detailed directions on accessing SCHED and signing up for concurrent sessions.

Programming begins each morning at 8:15 am sharp, ending at 4:30 pm on Friday, followed by a social hour from 5:00 - 6:30 pm; and ends at 4:15 pm on Saturday.

I have been a middle school mathematics educator with the District of Columbia Public Schools for 23 years, teaching for the last 17 years at Hardy Middle School. Recently I developed our school’s math support class, Math Camp. I also serve as a Master Educator with the Math for America DC program, a role which allows me to support future and new teachers in DC. I was honored to be awarded the Milken Educator Award in 2005 and the Presidential Award for Excellence in Mathematics and Science Teaching in 2011. I am also a member of the National Academies Teacher Advisory Board.
