Welcome to the 2016 MidSchoolMath National Conference!

Session scheduling is limited to registered attendees - all attendees should receive schedule access via email by Jan. 4 or within two business days of registering. Click on the "More Information" link for detailed directions on accessing SCHED and signing up for concurrent sessions.

Programming begins each morning at 8:15 am sharp, ending at 4:30 pm on Friday, followed by a social hour from 5:00 - 6:30 pm; and ends at 4:15 pm on Saturday.

New Mexico Public Education Department - New Mexico Math & Science Bureau

The NMPED Math and Science Bureau works to ensure the Mathematics and Science Education Act is implemented in New Mexico public schools by: (1) Promoting partnerships among public schools, higher education institutions, government business and educational and community organizations to improve the mathematics and science education in the state, (2) Working with the Math and Science Advisory Council(MSAC) to develop a statewide strategic plan for mathematics and science education in the public schools and coordinate education activities with other state agencies, federal government, business consortia and public or private organizations, (3) Developing and evaluating curricula, instructional programs and professional development programs in mathematics and science aligned with state academic content and performance standards, and (4) Assessing the outcomes of efforts to improve mathematics and science education using existing data.
